Loan Administration Processor (Waukesha-East)

The Loan Administration Processor is responsible for assisting management and commercial staff with servicing commercial loan portfolios, ancillary products, business online, and depository accounts. This includes reviewing commercial files for accuracy and compliance, processing paid off commercial loans, filing commercial UCC’s, as well as completing operational and servicing requests for commercial loan transactions. The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years of loan and banking experience, and a minimum of 1-2 years commercial loan processing experience. Mortgage Loan Officer

A Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for structuring and closing real estate loans as well as developing new business by being actively involved in community affairs.  They will work with the Loan Servicing Department to complete necessary information applicable for each loan application according to the Bank’s lending policies and procedures.  In addition, they will participate in the marketing and sales of the bank’s products and services as well as other duties assigned.
